The majority of our products can be returned or exchanged within 45 days. Items eligible for return or exchange must be brand new, in unused condition, undamaged, with all original tags attached and packaging intact and purchased directly from our Custom Eco Friendly Bags website. If the item does not meet these criteria, it does not qualify for a return or exchange.

We offer free exchange requests and easy returns so that you can shop with confidence. We also offer easy returns, minus a $10 handling fee. Returns will be refunded to the original payment method or store credit.

Please be aware that a refund is dependent on the successful return of the item to our designated warehouse. We will and/or may need to verify receipt before processing the refund.

To ensure a smooth and safe return, please package your item(s) carefully and thoughtfully to avoid being damaged on their journey back to us. Custom Eco Friendly Bags is not responsible for any damage or loss during the transit back to us.


If you accidentally sent the wrong item to Custom Eco Friendly Bags, you should contact our Customer Care Team as quickly as possible. Custom Eco Friendly Bags does not store items mistakenly sent and cannot guarantee that the item will be found. Custom Eco Friendly Bags does not provide compensation for incorrect items sent to us.


Please note that the shipping fees for all orders, as well as duties and taxes for international orders are non-refundable. All items must be unused and with original tags attached.

If your item arrives broken or defective and you would like a refund or a replacement, please visit our Returns and Exchanges Page and select the “Quality Guarantee “option within 45 days of the delivery date. Please follow the prompts and provide the requested information and we’ll take care of the rest.

Orders placed with our retail partners Revolve.com, Indigo, Anthropology, Bloomingdales, Nordstrom and Nordstrom.com are subject to the return policy of each retailer. Please contact the retailer’s customer support team and provide the original dated receipt for information on their return policy.

Abuse of Return and Exchange Policy
We’ve created this Return and Exchange Policy to make sure our customers receive the product of their choice. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or suspend return privileges for customers who make fraudulent returns, violate and/or abuse the terms of this Return and Exchange Policy, including, but not limited to, making excessive returns, returning products that are no longer in original and brand-new condition, returning non-Custom Eco Friendly Bags items and/or routing a return to a non-designated Custom Eco Friendly Bags return warehouse site. We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time at our discretion.

All sales of personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
